Terms of use

Updated 25 October 2026

These terms cover the baited landing page and initial game and Extension test, also shown as BAIT. This is a personal hackathon project by the developer behind Twitch account komediruzecki7. Questions: hello@irchiinnuss.com.

The test

You may use the available test for personal play and feedback. Features may change, rounds may fail and scores may reset. Speech recognition can make mistakes; the broadcaster reviews Moonshine catches. Scores and awards are game records with no cash value. The landing’s scripted examples are demonstrations, not recordings of real players.

Playing responsibly

Follow Twitch’s terms, its age and eligibility requirements, and each channel’s rules. Do not harass people, share private information, submit unlawful content, spam, disrupt the service or try to access another person’s studio. Broadcasters control their microphone and are responsible for permission to capture other people’s voices and for what they broadcast.

Your content and access

You keep your rights in your contributions. Playing allows the processing and display needed for the game, as described in our privacy notice. Protect your studio session and credentials. You can stop playing, disable your microphone or disconnect at any time. Access may be restricted to protect participants or address misuse.

Availability and third parties

The test is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted service or accurate results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Twitch and other third-party services have their own terms. baited is independently developed and is not operated or endorsed by Twitch or Devpost. Material changes will be reflected in these pages with an updated date.
